did you like any of them?•• To be honest, no. None of them really felt like ongoing titles, to me.

Picking a title for a team is like picking a name for a band - you can pull a great name from out of nowhere but if you pick a bad one you're stuck with it and will always get asked about it later.

To bad that "Next Men" is already kinda taken. That would be a decent fit, but that name has already made its mark. =)

so back to the content before the title search:
"Jean's hair turned dark when she became Dark Phoenix, and it stayed dark after the "lobotomy" (in the original version) as a subtle hint that all was not well. That continues in ELSEWHEN." --------------------------------
I never noticed. Did you artistically (as opposed to coloring) make her hair darker in the bulk of 137 as well?
And wait! Does this mean I have to run over and check FF 286 to see which Jean it is??

As I said, Jean went dark for Dark Phoenix— something I seem to have forgotten in the flashbacks in FF286. Or, perhaps l didn’t want to run the risk of confusion for new readers. Either way, her hair is “open in the rest of the issue.

I fell in love with Jean (visually) during your original run (which is why Hidden Years was also so special to me) and I think watching the tragic love affair between her and Scott, post-Original ending, would have been one of the most profoundly moving and hardest stories to watch unfold. Again, I can't believe that I may be on the verge of actually seeing it happen.

I should've said that the title I picked was meant as a joke.

Don't mean to sound silly with my late reaction... but I'm still in awe of the beautiful pencils JB posted on p.110... getting anxious see the whole storyline JB has cooked up for my favorite team of mutants!!
