The Shi'ar have those strange curlicues around their eyes.Does that represent some anatomical feature like an eyebrow or birthmark? Or is it some kind of makeup around the eyes worn by both males and females, and thus a fashion statement? ••• Didn’t ask Dave, so don’t know! Sorry!

A Note on Today's Page:In the sixth panel, Kitty is supposed to be "swimming" thru the debris, not bursting out like Superman. Still trying to think of a better way to portray that. Also a better name than "safety cube".

JB,Are you finishing these pencils more -- with shading and filling in the black areas -- for viewing here, or is this the level to which you would be going to for someone else to ink from?

Perhaps "Safe Room" compliments "Danger Room"?
I like the sense of all those levels beneath the mansion. Very cool!
But, sir, what happened to Scott!? Last we saw, the poor boy was plummeting towards the ground.
(This story is so much fun.)
