Given that Graviton was created out of a lack of understanding of how gravity works, I can’t even consider him a viable character.

I'd kind of enjoy seeing Graviton lose control of his powers and implode into a microscopic black hole.

Isn't that what happened to the Black Hole?

I think it was! But it could happen to Graviton too. Then he could call himself the Singularity... oh wait, they have a character named that now.
And today's last panel-- geez, Doom really isn't above striking while a hero's doing hero-stuff, is he?

There were some cool cars getting smashed up there!
I love the panel of the thing grabbing all the cars. Great idea to represent that action.

This is a landmark issue of some sort….there have been strides made in page layout and storytelling. Thanks JB. Inspiration from your heroes seems to wane as one ages, but, you’ve been there almost my whole life pushing boundaries.

Unfortunately, “pushing boundaries” in my case has often meant crawling down rabbit holes that proved ultimately unproductive. My curse is constant dissatisfaction, driving me to go places the clarity of hindsight tells me I shouldn’t. Which is why I’m so grateful to the fans who have stuck by me thru thick and thin.

If this was someone's first issue of X-MEN, I could easily see them seeking out the latest issues of SPIDER-MAN and FANTASTIC FOUR. This story is doing what a good crossover should always do - make you want to grab those characters books as well!
