Received the Neal Adams book. Disappointed to find it’s in color, except for a few pages in the back. At least it’s matt paper, though I wish it wasn’t so WHITE!Fascinating to watch the beginnings of Neal becoming Neal. Smiling to come to one of the pages I own! The Infantino influence is strong in these early days. Some awkward poses on covers as Neal struggles wth Carmine’s anatomy. I also find myself hyper aware that these were done full script. Can’t imagine looking at this volume a second time. 6 out of ten.
