That's how I feel about Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Silver Surfer. I got lucky a couple of weeks ago when, on a lark, I decided to check the Midtown site to see if any new figurines were available and low and behold there was Cap along with Dr. Doom (a figurine that's also no longer listed on Midtown's site). That became my second order from Midtown, along with five other figurines, and now I check in weekly.

John Byrne:If they're holding to a monthly schedule, Midtown should be
sending out the next batch -- which I think will include Black Cat,
Bullseye and possibly Hawkeye -- next week.
Currently their site lists these as "back ordered", which is moderately
troubling. I need my fix!!!
***********
The store I work at will be getting those in next week as well: Hawkeye
and Bullseye will be mine! Not much of a Black Cat fan, even though it's a
nice sculpt.

Originally, they had Bullseye listed in the same release group as Black Cat and Hawkeye -- the same date of release Bullseye still carries, tho, as noted, Hawkeye and Black Cat are now listed as on sale.
Add this, I suppose, to the mystery of why these things are not being released in the same order as in Britain.

Saw these figurines in a Paris comic shop this week. It seems that I am
impervious to the will of Landru.

Flavio,
Eventually, someone will buy you "just one" for some reason. When that happens, you will slowly succumb.
I bought myself Spider-Man, thinking he would make an interesting desk ornament. Then I thought, well, Captain America is my favourite Marvel character, why not. I have over a dozen, now. And once the DC's appear, all is lost.
*edited to correct spelling of Spider-Man

I just planned on getting Avengers. My LCS had Thor, but no Cap. Doom looked good, so I got him as well. Then Thing looked really good, and Human Torch and Medusa needed to keep Ben company...

Eventually they'll release one you just have to have. You'll pick it up. Then you'll have to pick up other characters from their comic. Then you'll realise your house is full of them.
Your time will come. Tiochaidh do la!
