Are the Chess pieces as useful for customizing? ************ I don't know. They seem lighter, like they are a composite of materials (metal/resin?). Hoping they are easy to cut if need be and can withstand baking. I plan to convert the DC Chess Katana to her original yellow and red outfit from the Outsiders, so I will find out soon enough.

Heads up
Midtown comics has a lot of their Marvel and DC chess pieces on sale. Some are 40% off for Cyber Monday... I think the sale may go on longer than a day, threat yourself right and buy yourself something nice for Christmas!

Klaw looks all badass and stuff. Like a bad cross between Flash and the cannon-hook Aquaman.

I'm glad the Thanos one hasn't yielded to the trend of using the current comic/movie look (as that's ridiculously over designed.) But something about his pose there just screams to me that he's angry at being kept waiting for his food to be served or some such... ;)

I understand the reasoning for Starlords look, but I wish they used his older outfit.

When did Storm's costume become a stylized tuxedo?

If Eaglemoss could do a limited series of a dozen or so figures (similar to the DC Blackest Night line), which marvel characters/costumes/theme would you like to see?
