Took me 33 years, but I finally painted my Flash Gordon model kit. I bought this in 1993. Built him in 1997. Started to paint him in 2009 and just finished him yesterday. Whew!

Completely coincidentally to Godzilla Minus Zero's release this week, I impulsively purchased a couple expensive Godzilla toys last week:

This is my dream Godzilla figure. The skin is rubber all over!

I can tell myself I saved hundreds of dollars.

Love the Buster Crabbe Flash Gordon. Wish there was something recently produced. I still remember the double feature my father took me to see of Flash Gordon and Buck Rodgers. Didn't even care then as a kid that Buster was in both. Great memories.
