The folk at DC sent me a McFarlane Toys Superman with the Joker’s face. Based on the bit I did in one of my early issues. Very well done, except his chest is wrapped in what I think is supposed to be kryptonite chains, which was not an element of my story.

Yeah, that is odd. It's a bit of a niche figurine -- you'd have to assume the person it would appeal to is someone who has a deep attachment to that specific story -- so why add the non-faithful-to-the-story kryptonite chains?

Oddly enough, the face sculpt also looks like it's got Jack Nicholson's Joker smile and teeth!
