That's Photon from Youngblood! I let the artist pick their team in most cases, and then I put a few of my choices. In this case I picked the entire team.

Great! I love the homage to the Superman motif.  What does the belt buckle signify?

Great Multiverse artwork there, Bill Raupp!  Nice to see that E-Man is not forgotten.

Things went completely nuts yesterday, so I didn't have a chance post these per the regular schedule...

Theme for this week:  "Character cross-over I'd pay good money to see"

Dave Dorman - Batman, SDCC 1989

The belt buckle is the BPRD logo.

I'm thinking that the credit to Ross is fine, but Mr. Castrillo"s work has just a tiny wee influence from Mr. John Byrne there...

Superman #327, pg 3

Pencils by Kurt Schaffenberger, inks by Joe Giella

From the Mr. and Mrs. Superman back-up stories of the day---I loved the tales of Earth-Two, especially those featuring the Man of Steel.

Nah, Vinny, Kal-L's symbol was usually depicted as being different from Kal-El's and Schaffenberger is pretty much on model here.
