Hm! Existing subscribers will automatically be entered. A Blighty-side
friend of mine subscribed for me, back before the first figures were
released. Be weird if I won!

Well, back in the 80's, their slogan was, "DC: Where the Action Is."

••

One of the favorite Moments of Mirth up at Marvel was a DC ad that ran as a
double-page spread in the middle of their books, and referred to "THE DC
LINE OF SUPERSTARS". At a glance, it read, all too appropriately, as "The
Decline of Superstars".

That's pretty funny, JB. That was in the mid-seventies, I think, and there
wasn't a lot to sing about at DC around that time. My favorite titles at the
time were Justice League of America and Legion of Super-Heroes.

Well, the JLA is almost complete ! I got Green Lantern last week and Wonder woman is expected next week.

GL is fine, I like the way the lantern is fitted into his hand. The paint job is fine, but could be better. I hope EM intend to release more characters from the GL Corp (John Stewart, ...)

I still don't know when Darkseid will be released.

He will look cool next to Thanos ...
