I was able to pick him up at 50% off during FCBD at my LCS.

I like the characters of Zod & Brainiac, but those figures do nothing for me. 
Not a bad Ultraman.  Starfire, however, just makes me sad.

I couldn't afford to keep up with the chess collection. What type of articles are inside the later issues? At a guess, there's only so much you can write about chess without running out of things to say. What could, for example, the 67th issue of the DC Chess collection have to say about chess?
