While out shopping today i noticed a DC gold Superman figurine special priced at £18.99 it was Superman holding a eagle in his left hand i decided not to buy it not my cup of tea.

I think that's the one based on the memorial statue that was put up after he died fighting Doomsday, JPB.

I'd never seen the cover you posted until now, JB.  I'd always assumed the fig was based on the Ordway cover.

Beast Boy, Red Tornado and The Demon are on their way.  Gotta love Big Bad Toy Store's Pile O'Loot feature...it's like Christmas in April!!!
