I'd forgotten Flavio is in possession of two of my favorites from my own work, the double page spreads featuring Cheetah and the Golden Age Hawkman, both from WONDER WOMAN.

They ARE awesome, JB.  Many a moment I've spent pondering the perspective of the Cheetah cityscape.  And that's a pretty great Hawkman this side of Joe Kubert.

I think the white matting really works for them!

Joe, I was surprised when I moved the Silver Banshee more to the center of the wall. Next to the more busy pieces, she popped!

My favorite is either Man-Bat or Superman.

Said that, it was ELRIC who made a friend of mine who's with "the old stuff was better crowd" see the error of his ways, a week ago.

Flavio,

Your rooftop Batman vs Villains commission is in the mix for all-time greatest JB commission.

In my old Studio, the pieces had accumulated on the walls more or less "organically". Things shuffled a bit each time a new page was added to the collection, but mostly they just sort of "spread from center".

When I moved, I was confronted with the task of hanging each piece individually, and in an eye pleasing configuration with what would go up around it. I spent a lot of time with the pieces spread out on the floor in front of the walls on which they were to hang, moving them back and forth until they fit the place and looked "deliberate".

The high point of that, tho, was getting reacquainted with some of the pieces I had "forgotten" due to familiarity. Now I make it part of my routine to pause from time to time and survey the amazing work that surrounds me down here in the Studio.

Flavio, you really have a great collection.  I like both the white and the black mats for the art.  Not sure what looks better.  I say the heck with the Rio Olympics, go to Brazil to see Flavio's collection!
