About to start reading As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride by Cary Elwes and Joe Layden.

May be reading Escaping The Dead by W J Lundy after that.

About to start reading Iain Banks' The Quarry, sadly, the last book he finished before he died in 2013. I'm a huge fan of his science fiction novels about the Culture (kind of his own take on the Federation) that he wrote as Iain M. Banks and also his non-genre stuff he wrote as Iain Banks, particularly The Wasp Factory and Espedair Street.

Just finished the novel "Bird Box" which differs from the movie in many ways but at its core, tells the same story.

I've just started reading Peter Cushing's collected autobiographies. Been looking for these for a long time and finally got the book for Christmas.

I started reading George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series a few days ago. I finished "A Game of Thrones" today and will start "A Clash of Kings" tomorrow.

And piling on some more Calvin & Hobbes... this time with commentary by Bill Watterson. Interesting to read his thoughts on writing/drawing cartoons for the Sunday newspapers.
