Victor, the only thing unrealistic about that....<ahem> ...big nurse is that she is not smoking. I have never met a nurse who does not smoke. "Health" care professionals, eh?

I'm sure the fat nurse smokes a big habano... But I can't draw someone smoking because the hospital it's a smoke free zone Tony.
