Victor, that's hilarious.

Something I did in Illustrator for my friend's 40th birthday.

Here are a couple of pieces from my FIRST-IN-A-SERIES  SKETCHBOOK ... ACT I.

THOR...
I was trying to capture the majesty of the character and do something original with this sketch. I don't know, what do you guys think?

Ms. Marvel...
Something about adding text to this piece really helped complete the sketch. It's not often that I am pleased with my own work, but this is one of those rare times...

Caleb, that Thor drawing is beautiful, very well done! It doesn't look like Thor to me, though. Guess I am too used to seeing him rendered much beefier/bulkier. First thing I thought of was Loki, pretending to be Thor or something like that.

I agree with Dave Caleb. The Thor is really well done but a bit too slender. The Ms Marvel, however, is spot on! Nice work! Nice text too!

Here's an update. Want to have this done for the morning...ugh!

Here is a study I did at the LA Zoo. She sat for a long time for me, I painted as fast as I could. A kid ran up and hit the glass and she walked away.
