One of my own characters, again.

This one being one of the bad guys.  She controls fluids telekinetically by physical contact (she has to be touching a fluid in order to "activate" her power over it, and water is the easiest for her to control).

My lady villain's powers in action, being used to restrain a rather uncontrollable teammate while their boss explains why she's being asked to do it.
