I need to figure out how to take a good photo of these paintings.  Scanners seem to be even worse.  Using the flash gets a lot of the colors right but some parts get totally washed out.  Not using the flash makes everything dark and some of the colors that are different from each other look like the same color. 

Edit: Deleted the old photo.

Here's a recent sketch of a character of my own.. a parody of the Hulk, combined with Lemmy from Motorhead:


PS: I was definitely going for a Jack Kirby-vibe with this one! ;)

Michael... that in itself is a compliment! Both John and Sal are big artistic influences of mine. :)
