In my pencil layer, I roughed in the perspective of the image by eye. Then in a new layer I used the perspective ruler to draw a grid aligned to the main outline of the house. (I don’t like toggling the ruler on and off or I could have skipped the grid.) Then I drew and drew some more.

Will probably continue with a teensy bit more rendering and maybe need to tweak the skin tones, but I think this is done enough for the time being:
