Darren, I know I mentioned this before I went into the hospital, but if you ever want to work on some other characters again, just let me know.

Darren, great work, is there a bit of an AH! influence there also?

Gerry

I remember reading somewhere, that Adam was big on getting the -look- of textures right. Whether that is/was the case or not is irrelevant but at the time I was looking for a cure to the fact that everything I drew seem to conform to the same shading. So now when I'm looking to draw something inanimate, like a jacket or a wall I'll generally go and look at some pictures of it first to get a flavour because my minds eye -had- been converting these texture into my "style". Now I feel that I've peppered this with some good advice I've gleaned from Paul Neary over the years to help my inking too.

It was there I began to have develop more of an interest in Adams work. But I think we are all influenced by everything we see, good or bad. Still though, to date the single largest contribution to my self-taught art is JB. His comics took me through from Eleven-to-Twenty years old before I began to even "try" and branch out.

Very cool, Darren. I wish I could get my uploads to work right so I could ink some stuff on this project.

Thanks Brian...I could email you any of these if you wanted to practice...these aren't getting use and I intent to be inking my own stuff anyway.

For sure. I'll e-mail you so you will have my addy.

Hey Darren!

I don't know if you'd classify our time working together as a "bad experience" or not, but I don't suppose you'd want to give it another go? Let's do an Image pitch or somethin'!

Hey Anthony,That's some great work you've been posting actually all of you have been doing great work. I haven't been do anything to post here. I've been preoccupied  with business. I've been doing work with a new client and i'm in the process of going from freelance to working in a studio system add that with trying to develop a few ideas a fellow artist wants to self publish  as you could imagine it is time consuming adjusting to what they want from me. I hope to be able to post work again soon you guys are really inspiring
