Hey... I hope you two keep this fight for at least a year! :)

Now what a about an ink on this Iron Fist (Anthony) and this Thing (Darren)? Or maybe you could just make an exercise and ink one the pencils of the other! It'd be a blast!

No plans on inking the Thing sketch Danton but I'm never adverse to widening my inking skills on others.

Hopefully get some time to fire off another sketch or two later.

Anthony, can you let us know of what movies that you have done storyboards for?

Darren, what's with the "Roadkill" sig? You may have been asked earlier in ther thread but I don't remember and 25 pages is a lot of pages to look through.

LOL...Yeah it's a bit much dude. Well are you sitting comfortably? Then I shall begin.

I spent the first thirty years trying to develop my skill as an artist and got nowhere "commercially" under my own name Darren Taylor. I'm proud of my name and I'm happy to go by it. I was invited to join a "virtual" studio a few years back and the four other members all had non-deplumes for their artwork. Given that the artwork was, ahem, "racey" they'd apparantly get into trouble should their work find out they were producing such artwork. I have no such reservation and so long as someone is old enough to view the art I do I couldn't care whether they were my employer or not. I'm as proud as my work when it's an all action piece or when it's an erotic "all action piece!" ;-)

Anyway I conceded that it did look odd, four obviously made up names (for arguements sake) Ace, Bitchin, Monsta, Q and Darren Taylor...so I agreed to start using another name. "Roadkill" I got this name because everyone based their alter-ego on cats and the only cat I ever had was sadly taken from me as a child by some menace in a car so my name is a sort of macarbe tip of the hat that way. I have never made any secret of my realy name and a lot of people call me by both (Interestingly I have emails where people flit between the two within a paragraph!)

Two year down the line and the Studio presented me with an insight to one of the other memebrs I wasn't -overly- keen on and left. However "Roadkill" was earning me money...not much but some. I've thought about "killing" him off but I dunno, the longer I put it off the more attached I seem to become...

I hope that goes some way to answering your question and underlining my madness;-)

Regards,
