OK, those old clothes are way out of style, it is time for a Garage/Yard sale. Just let me know when so I can schedule the vacation time for a road trip.
I need a good excuse to show my son the east coast.

The “tribal” nature of the neighborhood. There was some kind of gathering about once a month. Always with fabulous food.

I'm looking up at the 2024 comment about the regular gatherings, and I immediately pictured the Richards family and their Belle Porte housewarming in FF 276 with all the comic characters.
Love that entire issue.

The house in FF276 was actually based on the place I owned in Evanston, IL, not long after I moved to the States. That’s where I was living when I drew the issue.
