Did Mac Raboy draw that Flying Marvels ad? Looks like his style.

Adam, it's a mix. That Captain Marvel, Jr. is his work. Captain Marvel, himself, appears to be CC Beck. Mary Marvel, I am not so sure who drew her.

Been looking for this one for a WHILE despite the distinctive cover and the fact that it was Aug 1945. Some are more elusive than they ought to be I guess.

Pretty sure the issue behind and to the right of Black Mask is the same one that's two over to the right on the same row as Black Mask. Here it is again.

It matches pretty darn well, so I say you are right. Good spotting!

Appears it's "All-American Comics" #68 by the "Sub-Mariner" comic.

I'm thinking this is behind the Super Comics, fourth row up ,middle. ***** I think you're likely right. With so little to go on, that's some impressive detecting.

The girl looks a bit strange but the three elements beneath "Detective" in this one seem collectively close enough (particularly the face on the right) that I have a feeling this is the magazine directly behind Black Mask:

Okay, I am trying to see if this helps, here. For the most part, these fragments are taken from what the comic book section in that photo of the bookstore display (no western or detective pulps, etc., in the graphic below).I tried to enhance some to make details more visible, and rotate the image to about the position they would be in if upright. Also, keep in mind most of these images are from the comics in the back rows, so what you are looking at is towards the top half or less of the comics, near the where the logos typically are placed.
I numbered the fragments so that if someone can identify what it is they can reference that number. I did this quick, down and dirty, to see if anybody can help finish up the comics section. I tried to eliminate other background elements so we can focus just on the cover images.
Good luck, fellow sleuths. :-)
