Pretty sure this is the cover on the third shelf from the right, second rack (it's at an angle but looks right).
However, there's also this very similar blonder cover apparently used on a Canadian version.

Here is a challenge, find and post a colour image of the following. it is located at the top right of the picture from the original post.
The pictured character is Billy the Kid and was featured in a comic published by Fawcett in 1945. It ran 3 issues, but this is not the same title. I suspect it was not a comic book given it's size.
