Write Now is not JB. It's Mark Bagley.

This thread has been amazing - so many covers I had not seen before. It’s great that this is coming out just as the second JB Marvel Omnibus is released, which features STAR BRAND, probably the only series I missed and never caught up with in trade or back issues.

"Christmas with the Super Heroes" - note that Mr. Byrne's attention to detail means that the stockings over the fireplace are the ones they wore to the party (ref Robin.)
I just hope that Wildfire boot is a spare he brought along with him!

The Namor Marvel Age cover is dated January 1990. Technically, it was from the 80s, but only just! You won't get many squeaking in any tighter than that.
It's a cool cover -- very much in the face of what we'd expect from Namor back in those days.
Kinda seems the opposite of random to me that JB would be drawing Namor at that moment in time though! :)

That MARVEL AGE #86 sure has a lot of "one-time-only" pics of characters/costumes that JB never did before--or again!

Looks like WG's choice of footwear will cost her a few stocking stuffers.

I had that Crazy but I have to admit to cutting it up to 'make your own comic' as it instructed. It was genuinely pretty funny.
I'm going to have to get that Christmas special comic now even though I am more of a humbug.
