Yes, I remember that, too. But many, it seemed, didn’t.

I love the way Storm's cape flows at the top of the latest page.

Thanks! For some reason, Ororo's cape has been giving me a bit of trouble, this time around. I think the ol' brain box may have become a bit too literal minded. I find myself thinking WAY too much about how and where the cape is attached.

Great action!
What notes would you give to the colorist (if any) on our three protagonists in that last panel?

I'd prefer to see them left open. So many times when I have tried a shot like this, the colorist has evidently felt the need to "fix" what I've done and apply the regular color schemes.(Over the span of my career I have "worked with" colorists who range from the very best to the very worst.)

Cool! I prefer the "open" effect.

Love the latest page. BRAKOW as Cyclops takes down the AIM stooge. MODOK appearing and blasting our heroes.

Breathtakingly beautiful, JB. Great to read my favorite characters again after nearly 40 years.

Cyclops does not mess around. Looking forward to seeing how this clash between MODOK and the X-Men plays out. Don't recall seeing them tussle before.

Great page. I always loved how dynamic you made Cyclops look when he was “zark”-ing on the move.

So that's why Peter likes Kitty! I had also not considered how much noise Colossus makes when he is walking around because never once has he had to be stealthy. Love the various, "never thought about that" moments.
