JB you definitely have a knack for a killer end page that guarantees the reader will be back for the next issue. Kurt, in the first panel, is outstanding... such a cool drawing. If we are around the mid way point of this project, I have it say you have delivered in spades and left your readership clamoring for more, so with the guests you've hinted at previously make their appearance soon, it going be one heck of an ending!!! I can't overstate how appreciative I/we are that you have produced another great Byrne run on the X-Men to get these characters to come back to life on the page the way you did, is something we will always cherish.

Many thanks Mr. Byrne!!!

We’re about midway in this story. The “project” is open ended.

More THIEVERY. Note that this one adds insult to injury by crediting Newsarama as the source, not ByrneRobotics.

Dang, I'm loving these issues.  You're bringing back everything I loved above comic storytelling from back in the day, the memory of which made it so hard to eventually quit collecting by the late 90s.

Thrilled with the ride, as long as it lasts.  Thank you.

Sad and pointless. Why not simply link to Byrnerobotics?
Show one page you like and say the rest can be read here, link to the issues threads.

"NEXT: CALL HIS NAME MAGNETO
Starts October 7th"

There's something very compelling about ending it with those simple words. Kind of reminds me of the end of the Bond movies when they used to say something like JAMES BOND WILL RETURN in "[NAME OF NEXT MOVIE]"

Looking forward to the next ish!

Question for anyone who knows —

I probably missed it... but looking around I can’t find the answer...

I’ve been saying this series takes place in a “modern setting” — but some people online insist it’s set in the 80’s or the 90’s...

Is there a correct term to use for the setting? Thanks!

It takes place “now”, like most superhero comics.
