I really like the idea of seeing how the Shi'ar dealt with the aftermath of a Phoenix split. I'm always down for some JB alien cultures.

Once again with JB's plot, villains are not just villains, the Imperial Guard did its duty to save... the galaxy maybe. Our heroes were loyal to their friend but wrong. Great aftermath coming.

I agree Richard. Their solution to Jean/Dark Phoenix doesn't seem to be going as planned.

Love that first panel on page 2.
I don't think i've ever seen Gladiator look so p**sed. It suits him.

Top of page 2, Gladiator's face to me really has this look of, "you can't be serious that anyone would be that stupid."

------ Yes! I am used to a dispassionate expression on Gladiator.

Kallark's finest 'Dredd' impersonation yet. ;-)

I've never been a big fan of Gladiator, but I do like that face. It's not the first time the Shi'ar have done something ill advised. And Lilandra's attitude is... troubling. Does not bode well...

That’s the first time I’ve ever noticed the emblem on the back of his cape.

Lilandra's response - uncharacteristic as it seemed...did make me think.....but obviously i can't share because that would be speculating
