Was there ever an idea to take the "leftover" X-men (Havok, Polaris, Madrox, Banshee, etc) and make them into their own team?

Peter David's X-FACTOR did just that.

Given the chest plate, that seems to be Magneto in shadow. What is he up to??

I'm a little late to the party being an infrequent poster and not realizing what was hiding here in the "Fan Fic" section. Four and half issues of the real X-Men to catch up on and it has been a great read.
Taking me back to my middle school years. Finishing my paper route in Pound Ridge NY and biking to Scotts Corners or on to New Canaan CT to hunt for the latest comics. Sharing issues with friends, sharing thoughtful teenage insights on the stories, and back home to homemade chocolate chip cookies and milk. Almost feels like its time to start my homework next.      |

I don't believe it's Magneto! It's not typical of him to be hiding in the shadows. It's more typical of another mutant... but I can't say who: No speculation allowed!

Hmmm... interesting indeed... I too will keep the speculation to myself...

 | Of course last time I speculated about the demonlike X-men I was wrong... |

 | •• Thanks. Once again I've been kicking around ideas for a fairly major redesign for her. Something a bit more "modern".

I was just thinking yesterday that it was good to see Storm getting more "screen time" -careful what you wish for! Ouch!

That's funny- I was thinking how much I've enjoyed seeing Storm's classic uniform, too! |
