...these are my X-Men and Avengers...
It has been many years since I saw the real Avengers, the real X-Men... ___________
We've also seen a brief cameo by Spider-man and the Chief has already shown that a certain foursome will be showing up at some point!
JB, you may need to change the name of this passion project to 'The Marvel Universe: Elsewhen!'
As has been stated upthread many times, this is my favorite period of Marvel, too. Thanks for bringing it back!
(Any chance of a physicist with anger management issues turning up?)

I've been waiting to see what came after the previous page for so long! John your drawing of Wanda's eyes in panel 3 is done beautifully (which is odd for me to say since she's in anguish).

Have the Avengers squared off against the Sentinels since issue #103 of their book? Looks like it is going to feel like another long weekend waiting for the next page!

I wonder how many beans did Henry Gyrich spilled about the Avengers?
There's no way the Sentinels could have broken into the mansion with out setting off the security defenses.
This is getting GOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!

I keep expecting a scene with one Sentinel to be looking intently at Shaw, while the others go about their business. "Hmmm..."

With all the Sentinels actions, what about characters last seen in Hidden Years as the Promise and specially, Ashley Martin (perhaps as a New Mutant)?

I'd like to echo Manuel's thoughts; I'd love to see some of the characters that we haven't seen since X-Men: Hidden Years -- Ashley Martin, Tad Carter, or any of the others. They count as canonical characters, correct? And there's no reason I can think of that these new Sentinels wouldn't be going after them.

This issue has been fantastic - I knew Wanda would pop up eventually, but I was still surprised when she appeared. It makes sense the sentinels would track her down - she's a powerful mutant that would be a target. It's awesome to see her and Vision through JB's pencil as their stories in WEST COAST AVENGERS are my favorite Avengers stories, regardless of coast!

Seeing the Avengers face the Sentinels, I find it curious how Chris, who wrote so much about possible futures, never confronted the X-Men to Kang or Inmortus ... or did he?
