No no no...it's actually LOGAN SUMMERS! Long before that fateful plane trip with Scott and Alex, Major Christopher Summers and his wife, Kate, had another child. Because of Christopher Summers' genius intellect, he was chosen to create an inter-dimensional portal to a mystic realm comprised of super speedster Canadian Elves and height-banishing Black Swords. When young Logan Summers toddled into the experiment room, he accidentally activated the portal to the mystic realm, even though at that precise moment, his mother, Kate, revealed herself to be an alien queen, in charge of protecting Earth from alien-demons. Logan Summers toppled into the portal, for what seemed only a minute, but in fact he spent 30 years battling for survival and leading an army of Alien-demon-wolverines against the Canadian Elves and Black Swords. Being grazed by the Black Swords during a rebel attack, the once 6 foot 8 inch Logan Summers lost some height and was reduced to a mere 5 feet and a half or so. He popped back out of the portal only to find that in that minute, his parents had moved on with their lives, leaving him alone to fend for himself. Ashamed that they had moved on so quickly, the Summers parents promised never to reveal the truth. So they had two more kids and lived happily ever after.

So Logan is the real third Summers brother alluded by Mr.Sinister and not Brubaker's impostor, Vulcan! Although I believe that when he was a baby, Logan was kidnapped by Mr.Sinister and was sent to the 19th Century.

This is crazy as the the rest....
His name is Logan Parker. An older, distant cousin Peter.
Logan was visiting the University of Michigan to attend a football game back in 1949, while there, he was bitten by a radioactive animal.
Now with that out of the way .
It's Monday Morning. Time for more ELSEWHEN goodness!!!

The detail of the local boots.
The detail of Cyclops visor.
JB, you're making this far and beyond your best yet.

I can honestly say, I have no idea where you are going with Jean.
And that pleases me to no end!
She walks on air, she can be intangible, but her clothes appear not to be I've probably missed a lot of other 'clues' but still, happy to catch up when you pull the curtain back fully

The quality of the art is so high that it's a joy just to pore over the details. As James mentioned, in today's page the sole of that work boot and the clean, convincing lines of Cyclops' visor are a couple of highlights. The story is compelling as well, which is always good!

If this was being published. I can only imagine what aspects of the art would be missing/ruined if this was being inked by someone other than JB.

I agree, JB I think you'd be the best inker on this if it were to ever happen. I've watched your inks evolve so many times over your career. You had found an incredible groove on Triple Helix that I would love to have seen more of—somehow tight and crisp while organic feeling at the same time.

I think the last few pages are evidence enough that Logan needs no other name attached to him.

I noticed that too, but the why is the big question... I only have one wild theory left but its probably wrong (I hope)…
Poor Scott, if it breaks our fan hearts to see Jean this way, just imagine how he must feel...
