Readers could never tell where the story was going to go next…

Most of the time, I can't either!!

Those Treens get everywhere!

I'd just like to say a big Thank You to JB. Like many others I'm finding this a challenging year. I've hardly worked since March as the events industry is pretty much shut down. One bright spot is the daily treat of a new Elsewhen page to enjoy. It's great to know there's still plenty more to come.

Nice! I didn’t expect to see a page today. This one has a Star Wars feel
to it.

Very well illustrated page -I can only describe it as lushly drawn with hardly any wasted space.  I suppose there are some angry Asparagus... uh... D'bari left in the galaxy after all ;-)

I like the look of the aliens. One could be straight out of Howard's Conan story "The Tower of the Elephant".

I sure do hope the drama of Jean leaving the X-men ends pleasantly.

@JB:  "Put those toys back in the box! I don't care if it WAS your brother who left them out [40 years ago]!"

(pretty please?)

Just wondering, having seen pictures of your studio--

do you ever spot a toy or item of memorabilia and that sparks a plotline?

It seems it would be almost impossible not to find a story idea kicked off by seeing some item on a shelf or in a frame.

Nothing of which I am consciously aware, Andrew--tho I rarely know exactly where the ideas come from. They seem to ooze out of the ozone!

I love the last page of this issue and how it bookends the issue with page 1. Looking forward to the "Vuk shot first" controversy. =)

More seriously, JB, do you ever get the urge to slip a more recognizable alien from other sci-fi properties into crowd scenes like the ones on page 20?
