If the dismembered D'Bari are aware of what's going on around them, I wonder how they feel about Teri stepping on them. Maybe they actively caused her to fall. I also wonder if they are each still separate entities, if they have become part of a collective whole or something else entirely.

••

Good questions. And ones to which I already know the answers--tho just when I will be letting all of you in on them remains to be seen!

If only they had gotten together with Groot...

I was wondering if they came with croutons, but I see Kitty grabbed the only one.

I'm hoping for a cameo appearance by the Punisher in this story line, to battle the D'bari. We'll have to see...

So much going on in this issue, yet it flows so well.  Even with Spider-Man showing up and Jean's battle with the Imperial guard, it's Kitty who steals the show.

@Eric

Is this how you intend to close out the year, mister?

@DAP - Umm... yeah, probably.

This is an incredible transition for Wolverine. I cannot even speculate as to where the character is going, but it seems that his fury has been dampened... maybe even temporarily extinguished. It would be a complete change of character, and yet easily reversible (just let one of the Hellfire Club lay a hand on Kitty, and I'll bet you'll SEE how fast he can go back.) With all due respect to Len Wein, sometimes it feels as if Mr. Byrne created Wolverine.

There are so many downright SWEET story tags ongoing, and I can see how Mr. Byrne has at least a year of stories in front of him. Good for him, and fortune for us! This is always my favorite page of the day!

Cyclops does not Vuk around when it comes to the safety of his people. I love seeing his strategic side. He doesn't need his powers to be in charge.

Really curious to see how things pan out with Gladiator. There are a LOT of possibilities here between the D'Bari and Jahf and all the other X-Men in one place.

To paraphrase:  "Don't cross minds with Cyke. He'll cut you to pieces every time."
