Did Magneto permanently twist or warp Wolverine's adamantium skeleton in that process, or way it just skin one-way and bones another that caused the carnage?
I can hardly look at it.

"Atchully, it was my intention that Alt-M was the one who shredded Logan’s arms."

Whew, I was hoping that was the case. It also answers the question "Why didn't Magneto ever think to do this before?"

Also, Wolverine almost looks inked on yesterday's page?
@JB: Is this still purely HB pencil?

There is a nearly incestuous need for everything to be touching. Chris used to say he thought Reed Richards, Bruce Banner, Charles Xavier and even Don Blake were all in the same graduating class at the same university.

Wasn't this plot development actually done in the pages of the Heroes Reborn titles? I seem to recall something similar to this was part of their "new approach" to the Marvel Universe, which is funny considering how not surprising it is at all to hear the idea wasn't even "original".

They were all brothers but didn't know it at the time. :^/
That's the line I use to sum up that cliche... like "it was a dark and story night" as an opening line, or a "and his name was Adam and her name was Eve" final line.
It's one the greatest weaknesses in bad writing; way too much coincidence! It's like all these saved one split second away from obliteration scenarios (now Indiana Jones might be exempted being as that was in the nature of the cliffhanger series he was drawn from). One exception for me though was how Doctor Octavius was tied in with Spider-Man's origin in the Chapter One series. It can be done so it's logical, but when it's not logical like that it's like seeing something a five year old thought seemed cool in the moment (and then causes major credibility problems for decades).

Possibly goofy question - CAN Wolverine bleed to death? Like, Wolverine in ELSEWHEN, not "regenerates from one cell into a full brand new off the lot" Wolverine.

I'm looking at Wolverine on the floor and thinking about all the skin, muscle and tendon that's hanging there. Whatever way he heals from this, it's gonna hurt big time!

One of the things that intrigues me about Wolverine is that his mutant healing doesn’t come with a painkiller. He feels everything that happens to him.

Yes! And that was what intrigued me the most about you cooking his brain! There's no way for a man to feel all the pain that he's felt, and NOT be unhinged.

I SO SO SO wanted to see Jahf decapitate alt-Magneto.
So therefore, the Master of slyly not giving me what I expect, does not do that.
This is ramping up and making my blood boil.
I am anxiously waiting for all these threads to be woven together into a beautiful horrible tapestry of impending doom*.
* No. Not THAT Doom.
