This is not meant to be speculation of what’s happening next, because this idea is bonkers and I don’t think there’s even the slightest chance that this is Professor X’s idea for the new headquarters,…
…but at this point, the FF still own the Baxter Building and rent out the lower floors, right? It would be funny for a super team to just rent out some apartments in the Baxter Building and make that their HQ. It would save a lot on defenses, since the FF would already be defending the building for you.

Altho Reed Richards night be okay with that idea, I think it would be hard to keep SECRET.Remember, the mansion is/was supposed to be the X-Men's SECRET headquarters.
