The wonderful result, I suspect, of when you have the welcome luxury of not concerning oneself with how the page will be inked.< id="protanopia">< id="deuteranopia">< id="tritanopia">

And don't sell yourself short, one of the strengths of your storytelling is the seemingly deceptive asides that used to make me think, "what's THAT all about? Is that a thing?" Made you pay attention, and to be ready for anything.

The inner workings and mechanics of page making and decisions
about when and how to use them best in a story.
Just another amazing thing Jb has given us…..for free.
Thank you once again, JB.

I appreciate that THINGS HAPPEN in these books-- in every issue, there's movement of the story. It doesn't take ten issues to put on a new costume, it doesn't take four issues to have a picnic.
At the same time, nothing feels rushed, either.
This is how you do it.

Can you imagine? 27 issues without rebooting to #1?

Can you imagine JB telling great Marvel stories without an editor stepping in and putting HIS mark on them... PURE BYRNE GOODNESS!!

What a beautiful scene... I mean horrific. It took just four words to up-end it all.

Nevaire!

Tho lately I’ve been thinking about targeting issue 50 as the last. Maybe. Dunno. A year is a long time. (“The horse may talk.”)

That would be more than 1000 posted pages!

@JB --   sincerest apologies if this has been asked/answered before --
but have you penciled out individual covers for each of these issues?
It would be great to see how you would present/market each issue if they were in the lineup on comicbook stores' shelves.

Not like you're not-already busy enough, or anything.

If I had, I assure you that you’d have seen them.
