If you don't know the reference JB cited with respect to what's in store for Logan--which we'd see as a four issue miniseries were Marvel doing it--it's... rather troubling.

Considering this is fanfic, provided to readers at no cost, there shouldn't be any issues with the Invaders that wouldn't have arisen with the X-Men or appearances by other Marvel characters. On that basis, you likely have nothing stopping you from doing an Invaders title.
