I'm mad and disgusted that Steve Bannon is walking around high and mighty spewing bs and making threats like he has any actual power. Especially when he accepted a pardon, thus admitting his guilt.

And I wish Mike Lindell would just shut up. Can Dominion sue him any faster?

How Trump and his allies who tried to rig the election are not on trial for treason is beyond me......

Merrick Garland said today that he is watching every minute of the hearings, so if nothing is done following it he will have a lot to answer for.   < id="protanopia"> < id="deuteranopia"> < id="tritanopia">

There is a real possibility that one of the candidates for the next US election
attempted a coup. He may even win & become President.

In the UK we have a government that has today confirmed it will unilaterally
alter & ignore requirements of a trade deal it announced as being a brilliant
deal.

I cannot fathom where we are politically @ the moment. How on earth did
we decide to give up democracy to literal criminals?

This is what we get when people decide to not further their knowledge.

To paraphrase a classic movie. quote.....

You've got to remember that these are just simple people. These are people of the land. The common clay of the new West. You know... morons.

Trump raised $250 million from his acolytes for the Official Election
Defense Fund. Which doesn’t even exist. Would Lex Luthor be this bold?

And he threw Ivanka under the bus the first chance he got when she said she didn't believe the election was stolen.

As I said before, how Trump and his cronies are not up on treason charges is beyond me. The evidence is overwhelming.

That one actually did surprise me a bit. For him to turn his back on his
favorite child, the one he wants to have sex with more than anyone in the
world, is some top-notch douchebaggery.

The more these continue, the more convinced I am that Trump will be indicted and convicted before the primaries for 2024 begin. He's got too many things circling him now. He's never been successful at avoiding trouble indefinitely; he always buys or blusters his way out.

Not this time. The federal government may not want to do it, but this will be the first ex-president ever indicted for election fraud and diverse other crimes.

Andrew, I think he's going to go down in Georgia. The recording of his phone conversation to `find votes' should help nicely.

If they ever nail him on any of this, I also hope they find a way to revoke the pardons he handed out to his stooges. Especially Bannon.

I envy your hopefulness.

 QUOTE:

It was addressed in the past that the U.S. would have to officially be at war for a charge of treason to stand up in court. I get the meaning when people say it, and he has less loyalty to his home country than Dick Cheney, who buggered off to the United Arab Emirates with Haliburton after fleecing it for hundreds of millions for support services in the long Iraq occupation (now that was a war, but hey, shot gun Dick said he'd give his profits to charity, plus claims executive privilege for life just in case... so good enough). There's been more than enough to lock up Trump for awhile, but he has just enough powerful position enablers somehow so far it would seem. In Canada just for charging the secret service protecting you for space at your hotel would get you forced from office... one guy we had in with a defense portfolio had to go because he got caught using a military helicopter and personnel for a fishing vacation, and that guy was briefly a head of the party once too. A back yard party at No. 10 contrary to health orders didn't quite put an end to Boris of England though, but imagine if he'd had a rose garden super-spreader for the new fanatical anti-abortion judge pick!
