Along the same lines as MS. MARVEL, NOVA started off drawn by John Buscema and Joe Sinnott, went on to Carmine Infantino (inked by Tom Palmer and, once, Dave Hunt--there's a one-shot!), with some issues by Sal Buscema along the way.

Curt Swan inked by George Perez is a thing of beauty and
the page posted above is my favorite of the "Whatever
Happened to the Man of Tomorrow?" story.
As much as I love Kurt Schaffenberger's work and enjoy his
inks over Swan in the second half, I wish Perez had been
able to ink the whole story. I believe Schaffenberger
deserved his own send-off, like a "Last Lois Lane or Marvel
Family story" kind of thing.

I really love the Iron Fist origin story in MARVEL PREMIERE #15, a really good start for one of Marvel's best post-60's creations. While Roy Thomas and Gil Kane worked together many times, I don't recall Dick Giordano inking Kane elsewhere. It's a really sharp pairing.
I could only find piecemeal pages online, but that actually helps to focus on individual groups of panels.

One of my all-time favorite comics is GHOST RIDER #35, a fill-in (adjusted inventory story?) issue written and laid out by Jim Starlin and finished by (mostly) Steve Leialoha (with some inks reportedly by Starlin and Mike Netzer).
Starlin had a habit of dropping in and doing a fill-in issue here and there (GHOST RIDER, SUPERBOY & LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES, AVENGERS ANNUAL, MARVEL TWO-IN-ON ANNUAL)...which turned out to be some of those series' very best!
Starlin is a master, but there is a certain beauty to this issue that is not present in other works by him (dynamic and cool though they may be). I credit Leialoha with that as well as much of the mood throughout the story (though now that I know Mike Nasser/Netzer had something to do with it, I totally can see his input).
