I'm glad you liked ULTRA, Matt. I've listened to it twice now. I think it's a story that particularly interests me as a fan of "golden-age" comic books.

Imagine Jack Kirby/Joe Simon/Alex Schomberg and Will Eisner following the events of ULTRA while producing their comics. Their violent depictions of battles with Nazi spies take on an added layer of meaning.

I never cared much for Rob Liefeld as a creator, but I will admit his 'Robservations' podcast is quite fun to listen to.

WTF is my favorite
Enjoying Kevin Pollack's "My Mrs. Maisel Pod" (kind of a weekly recap with various cast, crew and other guests - recorded during the end of Season 4 and during Season 5, just started "airing" when Season 5 finished)
The MovieFilm Podcast (with former(?) forum member Zaki Hasan)
New Heights (Jason and Travis Kelce), I tune in occasionally
The Michael Steele Podcast

I'm a fan of Malcom Gladwell's Revisionist History.

This is how time flies when you get older: I used to listen to it in the gym, but ran out of episodes. I now realise I have more than one season to catch up on...

I agree 100%, his podcast is very enjoyable. It turns out Liefeld is about my age and we started buying comics within a few months of each other. His childhood experiences in CA, mine in PA, are so similar. He also has an interesting POV of the comic industry.

Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend - kinda liked his tv show but I sooo love his podcast. Lots of laughs however his comedic style may not be for everyone but it is for me!

SVPod - Scott Van Pelt and Stanford Steve - Sports and funny life experiences so it can be a fun listen even for a someone don’t into sports.

The Stuff Dreams are Made of- A podcast about the world of prop collecting co-hosted by TV showrunners David Mandel (VEEP, Seinfeld) & Ryan Condal (House of the Dragon, COLONY). These hosts are friends and very funny!

Here’s the Thing with Alec Baldwin- arts and NYC related topics and guests. There a series of these podcast episodes that focus on art forgeries sold by a NYC art gallery that is REALLY fascinating!

Fresh Air - Terry Gross wow what great interviews.

Felix Comic Art Podcast- Felix Lu talks with fellow collectors on collecting comic book art - a must listen if you collect comic book art!

Tetragrammaton by Rick Rubin has turned into favorite

Video Archives is usually a fun listen I think they did something smart by
adding Roger Avery's daughter Gala on the show as younger counter point to
their reviews and recaps.

I'm a big Craig Ferguson fan he just started one called Joy but its falling flat
for me I think Craig was shopping around another late night talk show thru
syndication it must have fell thru so he's doing the podcast thing.

Not really a podcast and rather out of date but Kevin Pollock's Chat Show on
Youtube is full of interesting interviews I just discovered. I wasn't aware he
was doing a Mrs Maisel one I will check that out.

Just started THE WHISTLE BLOWERS: INSIDE THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION from iHeart. Essentially, every episode features discussions with people from within the Trump administration on down who tried to blow the whistle on what was actually going on behind closed doors.  It’s hosted by Miles Taylor who some may remember having written a NY Times OpEd and book as “Anonymous” in 2018.  The first episode details his experiences and the fallout.  Just getting into the second, which is about Reality Winner and full of interviews with her, her mother and others.

Recommended.
