I listen to the Michael Shermer Show. The publisher of Skeptic talks mostly to guest who have recently published a cool book. It's how I discovered my favorite book from last year:
Generations: The Real Differences Between Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, Boomers, and Silents—and What They Mean for America's Future

Some of the interviews are not on a topic I care for, and sometimes Michael doesn't challenge his guest enough. But I enjoy the show.

Here's a great one for the Marvel fans: each episode of Marvel By The Month discusses the company's output on a given month, starting with August 1961 and FF#1. They're currently up to May 1974. The hosts themselves are informed and entertaining, but they also usually have a guest each week - folks such as Gerry Conway, Steve Englehart, Tom Brevoort, Mark Waid, Matt Fraction, and Paul Levitz have appeared.

Well, the podcast may not be for me.

I started listening to the first episode, and so far the hosts have spoken about superhero costumes with disdain, and mocked the names of each Fantastic Four member.
