The image size restriction has always been in place, but there's something happened relatively recently that even following the past requirements isn't working.
I typically make certain the image is 600 pixels wide, and under a file size of 500 mb, as the prompt instructs. The system is no longer allowing up to the size. The Disney/JB cover I mentioned in my last post here was within those specs, as I resized the image in Photoshop before attempting to post it here. As I recall, I did go and make it smaller, and it looked like that would upload, but the image would have been so horribly compressed, it would look like mud. So, I chose to link to the page with that image and other covers.
I hope this technical issue can be resolved. I like being able to directly post images for the group without relying on a link taking everyone offsite, even if the site in question is a safe one.
Edit: No matter what, I always see a typo AFTER I hit "post." Sigh.
