And may you have as many more healthy years ahead of you as desire!

Getting to 89 would let me see the 100th anniversary of Superman, Batman, and that little scuffle we call World War Two.

Happy Birthday, Mr. B! Hope you have a great day today!

Gary's calculation in months reminded me- when my son Logan was born, I had turned 45 the next day. Amused with the convention of measuring children's early lives in months, I started doing the same in my social media posts. "Logan is one month old today, and I'm 541 months, in case anyone is interested!"

That got old, and depressing, really quickly...

BTW, Logan just wished you a Happy Birthday, too!

I was thinking the other day that, well, I lived through the American bicentennial, and now next year will be the 250th year of the USA, and, well, really getting older.

JB, you were around for the 175th, 200th, and... I hope you can very health-ily stick around for the 275th, man!

Happy Birthday, JB!  Thank you for the decades of entertainment.  Hardly a day goes by that I don't re-read something of yours.

Happiest of Birthdays, JB! and many more!
A great excuse to splurge and get that special item you've been thinking about (whatever it is)!

I've been reading your comics for almost exactly a half-century, which must imply something about my own age....

Best wishes for an awesome birthday, and for many healthy, happy birthdays yet to come.
