Not JBs favorite work if I recall.  Dc is releasing a legends Omni.

Personally, mostly for nostalgia purposes,I’m pumped to have this on my shelf!

I enjoyed Legends for the art. Never read the cross-overs, apart from the Superman stories, and I enjoyed those too. So I'll add this to my collection.

No expectations that you'd reveal specifics, JB, but can you ballpark an idea on what compensation looks like for the release of an Omnibus like this?

Honestly, I have never been able to figure out what I get paid for stuff like this! Seems it’s different every time.

JB,

As a follow up from the MUPPETS thread, I can't imagine you humming the theme to CASABLANCA or LOONEY TUNES on a way to make a deposit 🤔😁

I really want to see JB's Blood of the Demon reprinted in some form.

I was very excited to see him draw Firestorm, what little bit he did. I loved
the character and his costume from the SUPERFRIENDS show and JB’s
version was a treat!

One of the odder discussions in which I have found myself was the in-office debate over whether the magic lightning should be drawn “realistically”.

On the matter of this not being among my favorites of my own work——

I signed on with a specific storyline set in place, but it wasn’t too many issues before editorial lost focus and there was much floundering, which made the whole thing a real chore. By the last few issues all trace of fun was gone.

It shows in the art.
