groypers are a far right gaming culture of terminally online men who recently fell out with Charlie Kirk. The groyper community is claiming the shooter as one of their own.
I am unfortunately up on this crap because son was at the forefront of incel gaming culture in his teens and early twenties. He never went down the alt right rabbit hole but he flirted with Gamergate so I had to make I understood what influences were in his life. He is nearly thirty now and in a relationship pursuing a degree, but it was a long haul to get here.

As the saying goes, everything I know about these people I've learned against my will.
Still, I try to keep up because every time I see my teenage nephews I have to spend an hour or so unpacking whatever toxic expression they're repeating from gaming peers or classmates at their all-male Catholic school. I like to tell myself they say this stuff to me as a way to bond with uncle, but jesus. Like, they literally believed their cross-town high school rival had litter boxes installed in bathrooms for cat-identifying students.

Wouldn’t Fuentes and Kirk be on the same side?

Yeah David my small town cousin was sure that was happening as well at her kids local school until i asked her if she had asked the teachers or the principal about it

The biggest difference is Kirk was mainstream MAGA and Fuentes was even more despicable and wants to accelerate the white national takeover and violent purge of non whites

Well the above seems to back up my assertion that when the orange guy checks out, there is no one who can unite all that and they will fall upon each other vying for power. Could be rough for a while.
