I’d be afraid to reread the old FLAME columns. Things were so much less PC back then!!

Been musing on this. Harvey Kurtzman was one of the first names I knew in “comics”, from the old paperback reprints of MAD. So many hours at the kitchen table, poring over those volumes. So amazing to have breakfast with Harvey, a couple of decades later. Now this!

Sometimes I have trouble believing my own life!

I have seen a photo on Reddit of JB with his trophy in his studio.  Perhaps someone more adept than I at meeting this site’s photo size restrictions (why do we have these?) could post it here?
