I love the item description underneath the misleading title.

"OK, I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS EVEN JOHN BYRNE OR GEORGE PEREZ. I GOT IT FROM AN ESTATE SALE ON EBAY. THE SELLER DIDN'T HAVE MUCH INFORMATION, OTHER THAN IT WAS IN THE PERSON'S COLLECTION FOR DECADES AND THAT HE WAS AN ADVID COLLECTOR THAT WENT TO ALOT OF CONVENTIONS."

Looks like someone aping your style from a long time ago, JB, or maybe copying something you did do. Face doesn't look right and the windows look too wonky to be the work of a pro.

The pose is too stiff to be you or George and the face is all kinds of wrong
for either of you. That’s not even mentioning the backgrounds.
