A) The banner on the site was (IIRC) put up to memorialize the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting - pretty much the worst anti-LGBTQ+ act of violence in American history
B) As covered in the Northstar thread, you've been deliberately making a point of representation and agency for women and minorities in your work since pretty much as long as you've been professional.
There's no such thing as a perfect human, but given the length and breadth of your career and volume of public interviews and statements, I find you admirably non-racist, non-homophobic, non-etc. to all of the things above. So there.
