Major takeaway... WHO listens to this crap?? Surely it was all the usual lies and self-gratification.

A reality show produced just for the people who would believe it.

Glad I had something else to preoccupy me.

I checked various news sites this morning, expecting the usual roundup of fact checking. I found surprisingly little.

Since I avoided watching the SOTU, as I usually do, I don’t know if this means Trump was unusually retrained.

Since I never make mistrakes, clearly I meant “retrained”.

I’m imagining extensive use of cattle prods.

The BBC did a fact check article, but it did seem shorter than previous ones
had been.

Some of Donald's friends were very excited at his speech. See JD Vance. 

Republicans are people who don't really like Donald. They would like him to disappear, but are afraid they'll lose their jobs. They bark like sealions waiting for fish. See the desperation.

*satire - if it needs saying - in the style of the UK 'Janet & John' books for pres-schoolers. Seems to fit well with Drumpf.
