He's amazing. He's "the voice" of the animal kingdom!

When I was a six year old in England one of my favorite TV shows was his ZOO QUEST. I couldn’t have imagined we’d still be sharing this planet 70 years later!!

Used to love watching Wildlife on One in the Eighties (Googling it, funny to see how few episodes there were per year), and then in the noughties was blown away by Planet Earth (I'm still perturbed by the footage of the lions killing the elephant at night).

A national institution that everyone seems to cherish; a rare thing these days. Happy birthday, Sir David.

Watched the Tribute on PBS, and I did not realize that he started a whole new carer at 50.  Amazing man.

Among his many credits, he was also instrumental in bringing snooker and tennis to our screens as a means of promoting colour television.

A constant in my life, his natural history shows have always been of exceptional quality. When I hear him speak, he always has something wise to say.

An inspiration.

Happy Birthday to a fine example of a human being. A very inspirational man. And I'm very glad to see him reach the big 100.

Last night I saw coverage of a big birthday celebration in London.

He looked no more than 65!

Apparently Lego has changed their labeling for Attenborough. They are no longer for kids aged "4-99." They are now for children aged "4-100+."
